Hi, I'm Jade....

My journey to serve women began after taking control of my birth experience with the right support and evidence based resources. I birthed my twins vaginally in a hospital, 1.5 hours apart, at 40 weeks!

This experience ignited my passion for supporting expectant mothers through labor as a birth doula.

My mission is simple!
 I want to help mothers value themselves and demand the birth experience they truly deserve.
 Give women the tools I've used over years of being a doula so women can change their birth stories for the better.

I've witnessed first hand that a positive birth experience isn't a matter of chance but stems from informed choices and proactive decision-making. My approach isn't about pushing my own agenda; it's about empowering women to define and achieve their ideal birth.

Frequently asked questions

When should I start birthing classes?

We recommend booking in from anytime in your third trimester. The ideal time would be before 30-35 weeks so you have plenty of time to plan, process and even change your plans if that’s what you want to do! But really, as long as you're still pregnant, it's never too late!

Is it too late to do birthing classes?

It’s never too late (unless you’ve had your baby) to do our birthing classes. In fact, you may find the personalised advice from our doula educators helpful so close to your due date.

Our online birth course can be finished easily within 7 days and if you book our private session I can accommodate you quickly.

Does this birth class replace my hospital birthing class?

You don’t need to do a hospital antenatal class if you take BirthTools™. We teach you everything your hospital offers and much more. This is because your hospital is only allowed to teach you their policies and we want you to know everything that will benefits you!

What should I bring and wear to the birth class?

We recommend choosing comfortable clothing. We have air conditioning and heating plus mats, birth balls and cushions for you and your birth partner. You will do a little bit of movement on the day, so just wear what you might to a pilates or yoga class! Don't forget a drink bottle too.

Is the class only for couples or can I come on my own or with a friend?

Our birth class is for any mother who wants quality birth education and is ready to take the driver's seat in her birth and pregnancy experience. Your ticket covers yourself and one other person (ideally someone who will support you in birth)!
